Fermented Pickles Update: We're Close!

We are very close to the end of the fermentation experiment- weeee!  There was a nice layer of mold on them today and when I tasted one of them, they were getting sour and delicious.  I skimmed the mold off, weighed them down, and sealed them again.  I'm predicting another two days and then I'll transfer them to the fridge.

So excited to see this progression!
